[Initial Black Loading Phase] How do I replace the initial black screen loading phase with even just an image?

Dear Friends at Epic,

When Solus first starts there is a long black screen because it is recompiling all of Hourences amazing blueprints!

This is quite long, sometimes almost a minute!

How can we replace that black loading phase with even just a fullscreen image of some kind?

Ehamloptiran was nice enough to point to me that the Platformer game has a loading screen setup, involving a custom module!
