I tried to submit to epic mega grant multiple times on multiple different occasions with different browsers in 2024 but each time I enter the details an press submit the form is completely wiped and I don’t receive any information on whether the form has been submitted successfully. I want to know if my applications have been submitted and if not how to a submit it successfully.
