Datasmith tutorial 3dsMax archviz scene location?

Where are the 3dsMax archviz scene files used in the Datasmith tutorial?

I've just started the Datasmith tutorials and they show pieces being importing to Unreal from a 3dsMax archviz folder. Another video shows it open in 3dsMax yet not once does it say where to get the scene itself? I have Datasmith installed on 4.22.3 and the exported installed to 3dsMax 2020.

It's the "Working with Datasmith Pipeline" tutorial provided by Epic when you selection learning in the epic launcher. https://learn.unrealengine.com/cours...31443606876481 They mention importing max assets from some interior they are working with but there is no mention of where to download it from.
