face are not inverted, the objects are not directly external, I even made them so that they do not touch the walls I sent the problem just as it was sub-directed by marie-claude

Unfortunately, I have not received an answer from unrealhelp, does anyone have an idea what to check and solve the problem? I can share the scene on the dropbox

If you want, I'll take a look at it for as much as I know
Also attach the meshes made with 3dsmax.
have you tried to change material and assign 2 sides both on the material and on the mesh?

I created a simple box in the max, I put in place the object with which I have a problem and also shines , I'm not familiar enough with the unreal so maybe I'm making a mistake somewhere

when I changed the light from the sky to movable objects I showed it correctly, but I prefer static light with sky
Maybe this will help in determining the error?

                  Hi,
If you dont have UVWmap this Shining object
                  Try this!
                  1:Back to 3dsmax
2:Add UVWmap Box type this Shining object
                  3:Export DS
                  4:Reimport this Shining object
5:If you have Shining, del SpherReflectionCapture or change Radius

                  no UVWmap 001
                  add UVWmap 002
                  Attached Files

hello wizual, I saw your model and even I could not understand the problem.
I tried to see the taxing of lightmass, uv channels, normal etc.
But I have seen that your model does not receive enough light in general, inside it is completely dark.
If you can only attach geometry that has problems together only with walls.

maybe it changed because you did not load the build?

I checked this and it seemed to me that it had all the map channels and no overlapping

                      Hi,
                      What a type UVWmap? ch1,plane?box?or...
I think needs ch1 is box type. When ue4 make ch0, sometime make bad UV.(If not have UVWmap)
My bad wall have UVWmap ch1 type plane,go Shining. But have box type,go good!
In ue4's lighitmap ch2 is same.
