How to install .msi file in windows 10?

I updated my engine, download the datasmith, but stuck at the 3ds max exporter, no matter how I tried, I can't run the msi file.

Anyone know about this pls give me a hint, thanks a lot.

Thanks for the help, I tried the solutions in the link, still didn't work, I will send a pic about it.

It says: "unable to open this package, please contact with the supplier of the app, make sure it's an available windows installer package"

And since I can't run this msi file so I can't generate any logs...

      Any suggestions?
