    Good luck. I have yet to see anyone Epic, or third party, make convincing Human skin in UE4. UE4's shaders just don't do skin well.

        I'll cast a vote for animal, specifically something to improve the plastic looking textures of Mixamo's animal collection.

          I can do Human and Animal skin too, human skin is a part of my human pack but appear of it will not be as fast released unless the demand is high enough.

            The combination with photogrammetry and shaders you can get a similar or even a better result in ue4, still hope for megascans release and scanned skins.

              Hi theevil128, I appreciate the Alien skin too. I do believe you'd get more input on it, if applied to a alien creature mesh.

              Whats the gauge for the demand on the Human Skin? Have you created a poll? If so, I'd like to vote. I would encourage towards a release sooner than later to be first-to-market. I'd speculate most would put to work re-skining meshes they already possess. I have several models I want to apply the skin too. The Maximo Meshes could use Human re-Skin pronto.

                In my experience the problem with universal skin materials is that they don't have the detail specific to a character you really need to get a good look out of it. The skin at the eyes etc is different looking than the skin on the arm, for instance. I also found testing out Fuse characters that the best way to get them to look good is to make a customized roughness and opacity map, the latter being plugged in for the subsurface scattering especially making a huge difference in the way that looks.

                  Dont have start a poll but thats a good idea to show how many hear have really need of skins also human skin or premade human pack with different ethnic types, faces and hair.

                  I think of skin texture which is placed on an x any character and then finish the details in a 3d painter (LIKE: mari, substance painter, maxon bodypaint, QUIXEL painter) in order to give your character depth.
                  Also not more as an starting point with endless possibilities.

                  Fuse or makehuman skin looks not good imo, can you show a screenshot to recognize the difference of your custom maps.
