Are there any options for a Blend Radius and Blend Weight (like what a Post Processing Volume has)? If not, it would be awesome to have that as part of this package. Just as an example, I would love to be able to walk through an area and have it go from a Anime look and slowly blend into another type of look.
Again, if those options aren't available, can they be something that can be done for the future?

Currently it's not possible. At least for most of the effects. I'm not manipulating only a scene color but also a screen UV(s). As far as i know there is no such method to blend these type of manipulations.
I have to say that Chameleon Post Process Library is by far one of greatest Assets in the Marketplace. Possibly the largest UnrealEngine Post Process Effect Library in the world.

Quick info: starting with next update, "Custom Depth","Blend Mode","Blending Opacity" and "Effect Priority" fields for all effects will be collapsed by default in the Details Window of editor.
Is it possible to create an effect that's similar to when you select an object in the editor? Basically, render an outline around the object, even when it's behind walls. Neon effect comes close, but not quite right.
Thanks!

Currently it's not possible (without sideeffects). I'm noting this as feature request. Expect it as a part of the next or second update.

Let me try to improve your product as well...Here is what I would suggest : Please add a option to occlude the outlined armchair behind the sofa, if possible?
I mean we can see the outline effect through the sofa, can we make it so we don't see that part?

So do you mean that only the visible part of the chair will be outlined?
