It has colorizable skin and accessories, hairstyle options, and outfit variants. And it uses the Epic Male skeleton directly (meaning that there is no need to duplicate animation assets to use it - it can be used directly over the default skeleton). There is also a keyable blendshape channel for mouth opening, allowing the character to breathe. Overall this character was designed with the intention of being simple to use - accessories are attached through bone sockets, and the colorization is driven by material instances.

I am closely monitoring the comments thread on the store page for any suggestion or issues, but I thought I might as well start a thread here too !
