It would be nice to be able to fracture mesh, simulate physics and then record/bake physics into animation. Useful for mobile platforms.

I work with Blender, and while physics engine is great there, fracturing tools are not. Plus, doing it all inside UE4 is more streamlined for production pipeline. I'd only have to worry about making my static mesh with LODs in a 3D app and deal with the rest inside UE4.
Alternatively if there was a way to do simplistic physics in UE4 so that it's cheap to perform on mobile platform, then I wouldn't even need this functionality of baking physics in UE4
