Pretty useless if you ask me.
If you have the time to correctly lay out the nodes, you can also wire them up.

Kind of agree with it being useless, but I also use a lot of shortcuts like this so +1

It'd be nice to be able to set up our own hotkeys. Not only for things like this- but also for things like node creation.
They broke the signatures so I removed mine thinking it'd be awhile. The signatures work again, but I haven't redone my signature yet.

Add your own hotkey to spawn blueprint node. (Made in older version of UE, haven't check if it's still apply now)

Thank you for this usefull tip! (worked in 4.13)

Pretty useless if you ask me.
I lost a lot of time connecting nodes (miss click) , so all the features that can help are welcome.

Copy node and paste it in text editor, for Branch :
                    Begin Object Class=K2Node_IfThenElse Name="K2Node_IfThenElse_21"
                    NodePosX=-344
                    NodePo[...]
A useful shortcut to add :
Create a Custom Event hotkey E

                    +Node=(Class=K2Node_CustomEvent Key=E Shift=false Ctrl=false Alt=false)

I dont lay out and never use a rerout nodes, I coding a breakneck speed and I can see the woman in the Red Dress in the middle of spaghetti chaos.

A shorcut is useless when it dont save time, but in this case conect nodes is a mayor action in blueprints. And you can save lot of time, especially with far away nodes.

Nice function, thank you for that.

I tried adding the "IsValid" node (the macro with Execs, not the function). I tried "IsValid", "Is Valid" (both with quotes), IsValid (without quotes), the whole path (/Class/...), even "StandardMacros:IsValid". Some of them resulted in the IsValid function call (the one with the boolean output), none of them spawned the IsValid node I want.

                          Can someone help?
