[FEATURE REQUEST] [LAUNCHER] Folders for Projects / Assets

Hi. Please add the ability for folders in both projects and assets. Would help keep the launcher organized. Thanks.

PS: Another cool feature would be able to sort assets by purchased date...among other things.
