Feature Request - Animation Sequence Notify for Paper2D

I'm not sure, but I don't this this works with Paper2D.

As far as I know, there are no animation states yet for it?

Yeah, I'd be happy with at least knowing the priority of UE-10945, even relative to other Paper2D improvements.

UE-10945 is currently Priority 3 (Normal) and is backlogged. I've bumped up the community interest on it.
