Hello,

The company where I work http://www.uplayonline.com/ has a commission to make a game on PS4 with a short delivery time.

Two weeks ago we confirmed our condition as playstation developers through https://ps4.siedev.net/ and we received no response.
A week ago we also tried it through https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/custom-licensing but nobody has contacted us either.

What is normal response time? Can anyone contact us?
