Hello,
I want to ask , what is a difference in software content installed with EpicInstaller-10.3.1-unrealengine vs. EpicInstaller-10.3.1-enterprise?

There is no difference in the content. The only difference is that the 'enterprise' installer enables the "Hide Game Library" setting by default. (this can be turned back on in Settings if desired)

Now I tried both and noticed other differences. on setup done by EpicInstaller-10.3.1-enterprise 1./ Couldn't find unreal in reg-edit 2./ after download install there was no button to start Twinmotion

I don't know about your #1, but access to Twinmotion on the launcher is all driven by the account you are using. If you log in with an account that has registered for Twinmotion, then you should be able to see the Twinmotion tab.
