[FEATURE REQUEST] Tooltips for custom events (Blutility)

I´m working on this cleanup script and would love to give some tooltips for my custom events so the user gets immediate feedback without looking in any documentation.

This is actually what Editor Utility Widgets should help with in 4.22! You can add a tooltip right in the UMG Designer, and then it'll show up for the users! You'll be able to hook the button click events from an Editor Utility Widget up to these Blutility events you already have.
