    Will UE4 support culling the vegetation that not in hte field vision?

    UE4 doesn't do that? Wow, didn't know. Btw, where did you get the screenshot? Is it a plugin?

      It culls clusters. If an instance of a cluster is visible, it renders the whole cluster.

          UE4 does proper per-cluster CPU culling.

              Everything is frustum, occlusion and distance culled.
