Continues can't login due to failed login attempts

Hello,

I keep being locked out of my account due to failed login attempts not made by me, I would change my email address but that is not possible.
How do I resolve this issue?

I know my options are:
Create a new account
Change password every time you need to login (reset lock out time)

I would like additional advice on possible options as the above mentioned are in my opinion pretty poor solutions.
