UE4 Editor Bug - Drop Down Menus Shaking

@DotCam, that works like a charm!
For some reason, started experiencing this all of a sudden in 4.25.

Same issue in 4.25.3

At the 24th there were "jumps" in the "details" panel, at 25, they started in the menu as well. Enabling - disabling window animation helps

The same issue started to bother me in 4.26.1. What was weird is that it only happened after I worked continuously in Editor for a while (or even left Editor open for about an hour). The flicking would go away every time I restarted UE and crawled back in an hour or two. When the problem occurred, all right mouse menus become unusable.

Use Windows Animations is disabled by default
