Build Texture Streaming crashes on Unreal Engine 4.19

    [EDITOR] Build Texture Streaming crashes on Unreal Engine 4.19

    I was doing development on my game, and everything was working well, and now when going to Build, I end up with a Crash Report.
    I fixed all the load errors, and still having the same Crash Report.
    I have posted the Crash Report numerous times.

    I can duplicate the problem consistently with Build Texture Streaming.
    Intermediate step Getting Materials to Rebuild starts and finishes, and then before a new step appears, the crash occurs, at about 76% on the progress bar.

    How should I follow up on this?

    Can anyone help me with this, please?

    Suggestions are quite welcome!
