    [BLUEPRINT] Expose Quaternions and the Functions for it

    Man, we need Quaternions for rotations in Blueprints.
    I'm referring to my thread: https://forums.unrealengine.com/show...otate-properly

    Gimbal Lock will be an issue forever.
