well, i was going to wait to see what the theme was to see if i was going to start the Windows monster to join the #UE4Jam; but i can't skip a UE4 Megajam!! Need to make something, even if it's just a ball-physics based-platformer just for our favorite jam streamer of the peole!

The material requirement is interesting. Do instances with parameters altered count as new materials or do they need to be completely from-scratch with no textures in common?

Also, I'm a programmer and I think I want to try participating in this jam. I work in Arch-Vis for a living, but I keep a youtube channel to chronicle my derping around in my down-time. we're in! 3 person team from Australia (programmer, designer and character design/artist). We're in the process of porting one of our existing titles from Urho3D over to unreal, so this should be a good chance to get down and dirty with the engine if any artists (2D or 3D) would like to jump on board with us, shoot me a PM

Nope. Go to the first post in the thread (that Alexander made). Alexander's name will be a link. Click on it and a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Private Message".

That will bring you to the private message pane with a message started to Alexander.
