Hi there! Got a question here. Didn't manage to upload game on itch.io, timer ran out right in the exact moment, but my submission in on Dropbox and there you can see exact time of upload. Yes, it's 07:59.
Can it be counted as MegaJam submission? If yes, can I update the game with a single patch? I've forgot to add extremely important thing, which doesn't let people play.

Reason your games was not showing up is probably becuss you dident publish the game, if you go to dashboard and it says draft nobody can view it, i had same problem. i sat alarm and woke up 25 mins before deadline and fixed my problemMy website: https://www.pijellypin.com

I'm posting this for the sake of visibility because I can't reach Unreal staff in any way.
Our team has uploaded the build on itch.io three times, all of them were WITHIN the submission period.

I went through submitting the game 2 TIMES on this page https://itch.io/jam/2019-epic-megajam.
Each one was correct, I provided all the necessary information: team name, game name, members, e-mail addresses, countries and such. The name of the zip-file is also correct.
The game visibility was also set public while I submitted it on the jam page,
However, we can's see our game on a submission page, nor we received any visual feedback on a submission.
I would be very grateful if the Unreal staff could contact us in any way possible and help us to improve the situation.

I finished my megajam game, but couldn't upload it.
The game is called ChaosDownToEarth. It's using the new chaos destruction system, so the file is over 1GB, and I had to use Butler to upload.
My satellite internet connection was working fine on webpages, and UE marketplace, but every time I tried to upload with Butler I got these errors "context deadline exceeded", like in this post.

Tried to submit before the deadline but couldn’t get it working not sure what happened. I started the upload before the deadline but it didn’t finish until after the deadline not sure if it still counts.

So i am dumb, This is my first game jam and because I submitted the .exe I no longer have an entry. Someone was nice enough to let me know this morning, but I no longer can update the submission with the compressed file. So the story of my first game jam is no good. When itch.io automatically created the file when i selected the submit button I thought it was all good. I don't suppose anyone from Epic would accept the zip at this point.
