Unreal Engine 4.25 released!

    Hi everybody! The last week was a pain using 4.25. I have a project for mobiles I worked for months and now I wanted to make a new update. Suddenly if I install the game on my device with OBB files, armv7 it's crashing after the splash screen. I've installed with packaged inside APK and the game it's working ( The problem is that I need OBB files because the game is 300mb). I've tried for days to solve this problem with no results so I've started a new fresh project. Just some assets and after that I've built it for Android again. The problem the same and now even if it's package inside APK the game crashes after splash screen. I've uninstalled Android Studio and UE 4.25 and re-installed but the problem it's the same.
    Did anyone had this problems and solved it? It's almost a week and I can't build for any android device anymore.

      I found a Hilarious RayTracing-ScreenShot bug:

      -When using Path Tracing lighting, in Ray Tracing...
      -if you generate a High Res Screen shot @x 2.0 screen shot size multiplier (3840 x 2080),
      it renders the bottom half of the image as a solid black!

      Does not occur if you have lighting set to "Lit" (Path Tracing off)

      I think it has to do with the Screenshot 'screen-grabbing' the Path Tracing render before it is actually ready, like it winds up grabbing a moment in time before the image is fully on screen.

        Daffrendo, almost looks like a math issue to me. 2x screenshot multiplier is actually 4x pixel count. Maybe it got to 2x pixels and thought it was ready due to the 2x multiplier.

            I don't have the slightest doubt that it will continue free. It is a successful business model already and therefore does not exist reasons to change. Anyway next year you will know when the preview is available for testers, until there you will still another release at October: UE 4.26!

              They announced an October release date for 4.26? Or is it an educated guess? A hotfix on 4.25 would be great too, the "directory windows (choose file)" crash on Windows 10 is kind of annoying

                The release for 4.26 at October is real, or at least it was made public in this Epic's video along with details on UE4.25, UE4.25 plus, UE4.26 and UE5.0 :

                      Anyone else getting compile errors with some plugins? I've had 2 that fail to compile when building now that were fine in 4.25.1.

                      VS error:

                      Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State
                      Error Expecting to find a type to be declared in a module rules named 'LowEntryExtendedStandardLibrary' in UE4Rules, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null. This type must derive from the 'ModuleRules' type defined by Unreal Build Tool. <<<projectpath>>>\Intermediate\ProjectFiles\UnrealBuildTool 1

                      I also had this with Rama's Victory plugin - maybe more - this one showed up once i'd removed the Victory one. Might just be a fiddle in the build files but I have no idea how to do this stuff myself.

                      PS - these plugins are in my engine plugin folder, not my project one.

                        Yes, I have the same problem. In my case, Substance is not working anymore either. In fact, it looks like none of the Marketplace plugins are working in any project. (Although to be fair, I only tested two plugins and two projects)

                            Getting the same issue here with all plugins since the 4.25.2 release.
