I encountered one odd behavior going from 4.15.1 to 4.15.2. I have my BP actor that contains skeletal mesh with anim BP and the actor is inactive in the scene. At certain point the actor gets activated by another actor.

In 4.15.1, inactive actor was just sitting there quietly, until activated (when activated, anim BP would kick in and play montage). However, in 4.15.2 even though the actor is inactive, anim BP kicks off right on spawn (and montage plays). I worked around this behavior, but just wondering whether 4.15.1 (and all prior releases) was faulty and 4.15.2 got it fixed, or other way around? (if you think it's a bug, I will do the proper report)

To my knowledge there were no specific updates in 4.15.2 that intentionally touched this functionality. I would say it may be an 'unexpected behavior' that may be worth looking into.

Looks like 4.15.2 broke "Apply Paper 2D Texture Settings". The resulting textures are awful, I even tried the character texture supplied for the 2D Mega Man style tutorial. This issue appears to be fixed with 4.16 Preview 2.

I've pulled up your CrashReporter submissions and found that you've recently experienced a handful of different crashes. However, so far, you are the only one who has experienced these. We'd like to investigate them, but we require more information from you. Please click the "How to report a bug" link in my signature so we can follow up.

If we identify that a new issue has been introduced, we will look into what can be done to correct it. Otherwise, there is no means to roll back an update via the Launcher, but you could compile the 4.15.1 source code via Github and work with that.

          Cheers
          Thanks for the answer.
But I completely removed the engine from the computer, again installed version 4.15.2. And the problem disappeared.

4.16 for me is 28GiB size, I have set debug files(.pdb) to be compressed.
I excluded Mac and mobile support from my install.

Frames Per Second is NOT a proper performance metric, You should use frame time. You can read this or this as to why.
