Zoom in viewport without changing the camera Location or focal length? ie zoom (and pan) in a locked camera view in editor.

RMB+Z and RMB+C , changes the focal length. Also i have not got it to work on cine cameras. It is not the same as the 2d pan & zoom in Maya cameras. 2d Pan & Zoom is a super useful feature. I have not found a comparative feature in UE5 yet. Hope it can be implemented someday.
