World partition object dissapers on play

Hello, I’m currently working with a world partition on my project and noticing an issue when hitting play where my static mesh objects that are hand placed will disappear. Has anyone else encountered this issue or know a fix for it?

One of the issue is that nothing wants to load in on the yellow circle when walking around and at occasions i can get something in the distance to load but when im getting close to the object it unloads
