Will UE4 work well on this laptop?

I’ve been looking into getting a new laptop since I’m going to be away from home quite a bit. I want a good 2-in-1 for programs like Photoshop and Substance Painter. Also for the convenience of not having to carry around a separate tablet. This HP Spectre x360 15t really peaked my interest,
15.6” UHD (3840x2160)
Intel i7-8705G
AMD RX Vega M 4GB
32GB RAM + 500GB NVMe SSD

How well can it run UE4?

I would consider buying a real notebook and not this convertible thing. And get something with a Nvidia GPU. It’s better supported in almost every 3D software.
Beside that I think it would be enough for medium to high quality settings.
