This happens when I added a lot of static lights, shadows in random places, Is it a bug?
If you want to use static lights, you have to build light to actually see the finished result. As it says

Could be that your lightmap UV’s have an issue, or your lightmap resolution is too low, or you have a mesh issue, it might triangulate the mesh in a way you don’t want on import.
