Why ue4 does not free video memory?

The only way to free video memory is reopen a project. I use bulk functionality for 1000 textures to change properties. Every time I change one property UE4 eat more and more video memory, system memory, swap space. UE4 frees only system memory. Is there a way to tell UE4 to free memory of all three types?

RTX 3060 12GB, RAM 32, DerivedDataCache 100GB. UE4 eats all of this with 1000 jpgs 4k in UI of a game.
