Why Self Moved of Event Hit is true when a cube hit blueprint class actor ?

I set up a blueprint class that only contains a cube whose “Simulate Phsics” set to false.I set a blueprint network to print “Self Moved” of “Event Hit”.
I use the player character to hit the blueprint class actor,I got a false which is correct when receiving a hit from another’s movement.But when a cube mesh whose “Simulate Phsics” is true hit the blueprint class actor , I always got true.It can’t be correct,the blueprint class actor can’t move.

Dose anyone know why?My engine version is 4.9.
