Why my AI dont want to move?

hello, i have problem with my AI.

more precisely - they do not want move to patroling points.

Is this behavior tree running? Does BT_FindRandomRoom set targetLocation to anything useful? Is there NavMesh in the level? Is the AI character on the NavMesh?
