Why is my Nav mesh doing this?

Not sure what the issue is But It seems to be with Either Packed Level Actors and/or Static mesh actors, when it pertains to NavMesh Volume. When I added it to an all Pack level actors scene, this is what happens.

No matter what I try it just seems to keep doing this… not matter what adjustments I make to the RecastNavMesh-Default, or in the project settings. Any Ideas what is doing this? TYIA!
