Why is my BlueprintNativeEvent not firing Event in blueprint

Unfortunately, it still doesn’t fire.

I tried “BlueprintCallable” when I used BlueprintImplementableEvent and got nothing too.
Any other ideas?

Also, do you have a link to the docs for the Meta tags?
