Why is are my rays casting into sky?

So I duplicated this tutorial (http://www.tomlooman.com/tutorial-multiplayer-supported-usableactor-system-in-blueprint/) adding a draw debug line before line trace, because it was not working and it’s showing my traces shooting off into the sky for some reason. they all shoot off into the sky at like a 45 degree angle all facing the same direction (regardless of camera rotation) I’ve tried a few different ways of figuring out front vector for the player, but they all seem to shoot off into the sky.

I’m using the fps-template if that helps…
