Why i keep Fail to import files to my project

Every time I try to import a file to the project I keep get this message even tho I have no similar files to it. Knowing that I used it in a previous project without any problem

Please, can someone explain what is going on?

This error mean you have already installed the hospital pack. That doesn’t matter, you can re-install it, but any changes you have made in the pack will be lost.

Make sure you close the editor before trying to install the pack. The other error is caused because you have the engine open while you’re trying to do the install…
