Why I have dark reflections with Dynamic Lights?

I’m using now default ThirdPersonTemplate, only character is imported from other project. When I have the stationary lights (Directional and SkyLight) , my reflections from ReflectionCaptures are correct, but when I change stationary to movable and recalculate reflections, my reflections are correct in viewport, but when I play they are dark. Any idea why I have this? (I’m using 4.18.3)
