yes, that’s how it is called in UE 4.21. For this older version: In the details panel to the right make sure to enable “Auto Bind to ARSytem”. That’s all.

But if you update to UE 4.22, there is no “ARPointCloud” component anymore. The name changed to “Point Cloud” and you have to enable the plugin for it.
(In the unreal editor, go to edit > plugins > experimental and turn on the plugin “Point Cloud support for AR”)
For this version you have to use the process as described above: use “Set Point Cloud” on EventTick.

You are probably using an older version of Unreal Engine. Update to current Version 4.22
