Why does this happen with Static Lighting??

Can someone please help me understand this?
Why do i get such artefacts when i change the directional light from Stationary to Static?
I am building this scene for GearVR and can’t work with a Stationary Light, AFAIK.
What can i do, if i want to achieve the same result with Static light setup?
Also, how can i control the shadows. Like control the color, sharpness and so on?

If this is going to remain like this, how can i generate shadows for unlit material?
Should i use a translucent material and create shadow cards??

The lightmap resolution is too low for those meshes
