Why does nothing happen when i click launch session?

I have had this problem for a few days now and have had no answers on how to fix it!

It won’t let me launch a session! to the right of the launch session button, it shows session disconnected but no matter what I do it doesn’t fix itself even restarting my computer! Does anyone have any ideas?

I press the launch session button and things pop up in the output log but the session disconnected bar doesn’t update and the live editor doesn’t load!
