Why does my character lag in some projects?

I made a separate project to test out my player controller. I enable net.shownetcorrections, and when I do stuff in there, I never lag, but then in my actual project I lag almost all the time. I’m using the same code for everything, so what’s happening? I also found out once, that when using a certain animation blueprint, my player would lag more than normal, but then when I made a new one, it didn’t lag, so what’s that all about? This is all on clients by the way.
