Why does a lot of the meshes I make do this.


Its like faces of the mesh seem to just not import in. I am completely new at this so maybe I am just missing something obvious. I unwrap my UVs like I have read about and scale it up so it is not to small since I am using blender, but am I forgetting anything else that is causing that?

My guess is your normals just face the wrong direction. Recalculate them and see if that fixes your problem.
