Why are these dark spots showing on my mesh?

So I’m not sure why is is still happening, I’ve been trying to solve this issue of dark spots showing up on the mesh for a while. They only show up after I build the lighting so I’m pretty sure it is something to do with that.
What I have tried so far:

  1. Adjusted the lightmap UVs, made the islands farther apart, made them smaller, made them larger, cut the islands in different ways, etc
  2. Tried different lightmap resolutions in powers of 2. 32, 64, 128, etc
  3. Tried higher and lower values of indirect lighting with the light source
  4. Tried different quality levels of lighting build, lowest to highest.
  5. Tried different settings on the import of unreal and the export of blender, different normal import method, tried having unreal generate the UVs, etc
