If you have the basic knowledge of modelling, you could download a branded car (BMW, Audi or whatever) off a website and then remove the logo from it and replace it with a fake logo. Youtube tutorials should help you get far enough to do this if you don’t know how. I think that should be good enough in the sense of copyright issues.
