On Windows: Open Powershell Navigate to UnrealEngine\Engine\Build\BatchFiles Enter command " ./Build.bat UnrealLightmass Win64 Development -verbose " Worked for me.

Next time add a crystal ball with the source code. I still don’t have my divinatory powers well developed.
