Where is the TLM_Surface in UE 4.9.1?

Well, I wanna to creat a glittering surface of the water, but whenever I apply the material into the game, it does not reflect anymore.
How can I deal with it?

Works fine for me, have you enabled SSR and switched to Per-Pixel Translucency?

You only get reflections if you use the latter, the old surface model picks the nearest reflection probe and uses that IIRC, without blending - and they’re very low-quality reflections too.
