Where did they go???? Compiling Shaders

I have my project on Git. Unreal version 4.26
Every so often, my project… forgets? Deletes? Corrupts? No clue.
All I know is ALL the shaders have to recompile.
I can look at the change history on my commits.
NOTHING to do with the shaders has changed.
No maps, materials, lights, settings, new scene objects… NOTHING.
I coded ONE blueprint that’s not even on anything, or in this scene.
WHERE DID THEY GO???
This is the 5th+ time this has happened; shoots the ENTIRE day.

Can you post images of you Project Settings > Rendering? The problem could be there.

I exported the .ini from Rendering.
