Where can i get the Full Source code for 4.10

Hello i am currently trying to make the Dedicated server configuration for the Unreal Engine 4. I have found the tutorial to make the Dedicated server: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Epic Developer Community Forums
But the github link: https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine Does not work. Is there another way that i can get the Full source code i need the Server.target File to setup the server.

You can certainly get the full source code located here: https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine

But, you will have to follow the steps here: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums

Its a little outdated… You will need Visual Studio Community or higher and you should be good.

Did you sign up? You have to follow the procedures in the first link I gave you… Then, you will become an project member and will have access.

Yes i did and my UE4 Account is linked with Github the problem is that Github is not showing the Epic Games icon that means that they are not synchronizing
