I had this same issue regarding Unreal Engine 4. Although I’m using Windows 8.1 64-Bit. Would there be any sort of feasible way of solving this? I had it installed on my C: Drive, but the content was mostly installed to another drive, that no longer works and is dead and gone. Any ideas?
