On the toolbar (near Pause, stop buttons etc) in your BP Editor there is a dropdownlist with all the instances of the Blueprint. Select the one from the there and you will see the pulsing lines.

There is an another problem,

but " mouse lock in Y " is ok,the other " mouse lock in X " is not work.
OK, the “RTS Style Camera” problem is solved. I shout create a custom game type to assign it.
But the pulsing line is nothing?
