WheeledVehicle physics act different in compiled from source engine?

I have been working in the official release version of 4.24 for a while and wanted to implement chaos destruction for my game so I compiled the latest 4.24 from source and loaded up my project. Everything seems fine except for wheeled vehicles, they glitch out and fall through the landscape spinning widely. I haven’t changed ANYTHING, just opened the project in a different engine and it stopped working properly. Any Ideas? There’s gotta be something I’m missing
